Appointments

If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. Our office facilitates communications and emergency calls and appointments are available and welcome, especially for new patients seeking help.

Financial

Most auto accident policies and worker’s compensation insurance cover 100% of the cost of care. Based upon qualifying auto insurance, we treat most auto accidents and work injuries with no deductibles, no co-pays and no out of pocket cost. And we will gladly wait for payment from the responsible insurance company or your attorney. We will also be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you receive the most best and most complete care from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want.

Cancellation

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.

You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate"

Explaining how much your medical care will cost

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don't have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
